Samsung announces August 15th Galaxy eventIt looks like Samsung has an announcement for a new Galaxy device up its sleeves. The company has started sending out save-the-date emails for an event that’s going to happen on August 15th where it will unveil its newest Galaxy device. As to what the device is, it’s hard to say. The Galaxy S3 was only recently released so it can’t be the S4, the Galaxy Note was announced at last year’s IFA so the Galaxy Note 2 should be unveiled at the same event as well (though there’s a chance it’ll be at this one), and Samsung has already announced its Note 10.1 at MWC 2012 so it shouldn’t be here again.

Perhaps a new Galaxy Tab or a new Nexus device? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. In the meantime you can speculate in the comments below what you think the new Galaxy device is going to be.
