It was yesterday where we reported that the Samsung Ativ Odyssey will be arriving at Verizon today, and true to their word, the mobile carrier has made available the Samsung Ativ Odyssey to the masses, offering yet another affordable Windows Phone 8 option to pick from. This is not the first, and neither is it the second, but rather, is the third Windows Phone 8 model within the company’s 4G LTE range, where it will cost an extremely affordable $49.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and agreeing to a new two-year contract.

Just to refresh your memory, the Samsung Ativ Odyssey will come with a 4-inch 800×480 Super AMOLED display (which is a departure from all the Full HD 5” displays we’ve been hearing about lately on the Android front), a 5-megapixel camera at the back with full 1080p recording and playback capability, a front-facing 1.2-megapixel camera, running on a dual-core 1.5GHz processor with a 2100mAh battery in tow. Is the Samsung Ativ Odyssey from Verizon Wireless your Windows Phone 8 device of your choice, or do you prefer something else that has more firepower underneath the hood, such as the offerings from Nokia and their flagship, the Lumia 920?
