Earlier today, we spotted leaked images of what looks to be the LG G2 from @leakschina showing off the front and rear of the device. Now, LG has taken it upon themselves to tease its upcoming G2 through not only its save the date for an event it’ll be hosting in New York City on August 7, but also through a newly published teaser video on the company’s YouTube channel.

The teaser video for the LG G2 offers a first-person view of a New Yorker making their way through the city. While they’re out and about, they spot a number of messages saying “To me, you are perfect, From G.” Pretty much everywhere this person goes, that message can be seen at nearly every point in their trip.

The teaser video ends with the same message we saw from LG’s save the date, which says “Great 2 Have You!” along with the place and date of when the company plans on unveiling its G2. As far as teaser videos go, this one sure is heavy on the teasing as we don’t see anything that could possibly look lik the G2 in it, although if LG did show off the device in this teaser, then that would defeat the purpose of the video.
