titanfall-patch

Titanfall was announced back at the E3 2013, the game’s first demos were shown to the press and the industry at the conference. Exclusive to the Xbox console and available on the PC, its one of the most popular games for Microsoft’s console. At this year’s E3 the Titanfall team gave the first look at the next update for the game which brings two new game modes. The update will first be released for Xbox One and PC before making its way to Xbox 360 after a little while.

Marked for Death is one of the two new game modes being added to Titanfall. In this 6v6 mode one player on each team is “Marked for Death.” Therefore teams are tasked with protecting the player that’s marked while also hunting down the enemy Pilot. Once the target is killed a new Pilot is marked. Its billed as a “fast paced mode” which encourages team coordination and challenges players to fully explore maps.

Wingman LTS, the second mode, is a 2v2 version of Last Titan Standing. Relying on teamwork and strategy this is Titanfall’s first non-6v6 mode.

New Titan customization options are also delivered by the update, detailed by developer Respawn in a blog post. Players can choose between three voice packs, including the original “Betty,” as well as Jeeves and Lisa.

This Titanfall update will be offered as a free download, though Respawn hasn’t said when its going to be released.
