Microsoft is conducting a public preview of Windows 10 and so far things seem to be going along quite nicely. Often unreleased Windows 10 builds are leaked showing what preview members will receive in the near future. Screenshots from the latest Windows 10 leaked builds show that the new calendar and mail applications will make an appearance in the next build.
It’s not surprising at all to see that Microsoft has overhauled the calendar and mail applications in Windows 10, the new software brings pretty much a complete overhaul for all aspects of the operating system. The new user interface for these apps has less metro-influence and lean more towards a modern design.
The screenshots don’t reveal if the calendar and mail apps bring new features as well in the upcoming build for Windows Insiders, but we’ll come to know that for sure when Microsoft seeds this build to all preview members.
It is expected that the latest Windows 10 leaked build, version 10051 to be precise, will be seeded to preview members in just about a couple of weeks.
Microsoft has said that it plans on releasing Windows 10 to the consumers this summer, though up till now the company has not provided a concrete release date for its new software.
