Earlier this year, the new Steve Jobs movie case was confirmed, not to mention shortly after that, the film’s release date has also been set with October 9th in mind. Well, what is the whole point of having a movie when there are no trailers to whet the appetite, right? Behold, what you see above would be the second trailer for the Steve Jobs film, where it depicts conflicts over family as well as leadership in Apple, the company in which he helped to co-found.

In the second full trailer of the film which is directed by Danny Boyle, it shows a mix of scenes that depict some of the darker moments in Steve Jobs’ life, as well as taking a glimpse at his massive ambition. In fact, one clip depicted Jobs’ refusal to acknowledge the paternity of Lisa, his first child, while another showed how he was maneuvered out of Apple’s boardroom in a power play.

There will be a limited public premiere this coming October 9, although the masses will have to wait until October 16th for widescale showings. Michael Fassbender will play the role of Steve Jobs, where there are also other supporting actors such as Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen, and Jeff Daniels.
