apple support appIf you have any trouble with your Apple products, one way to get it fixed or have your questions answered is by checking out the forums to see if there is anyone else with a similar issue, and what kind of workaround they might have found. An alternative is to call Apple support, or head on over to the Apple store and have a Genius walk you through the process.

That being said, it looks like Apple has come up with a way to potentially allow users to get support for their products in a more efficient manner. According to a set of screenshots provided to uSwitch Tech by Sonny Dickson, it looks like Apple is working on a support app for iOS devices that will make finding a solution to your problem faster.

According to the report, the app will require the user to answer some basic questions about the nature of their problem. In the app there are also self-help guides, and if those guides don’t solve your problem, users will also be able to schedule an appointment with an Apple Genius, send it in for repair, or make a call to Apple’s hotline.

Unfortunately it is unclear if this app will act as a standalone app that will come preinstalled on future iOS devices, or if it might end up being a part of the Apple Store app, but we guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
