Apple’s 2016 MacBook Pros don’t come cheap which might be holding back some customers from adopting them. However if you don’t mind refurbished products, then you might be interested to learn that it has been discovered that Apple’s refurbished online store is now selling the 2016 MacBook Pro without the Touch Bar.

In case you forgot, Apple launched the 2016 MacBook Pro last year in a couple of different configurations. There are the 13-inch and 15-inch models that have Touch Bars, the OLED strip that offers expanded keyboard functionality, and the 13-inch model that sports similar hardware save for the Touch Bar. It is also cheaper.

If you don’t think the Touch Bar is completely necessary, then like we said you’ll be pleased that the refurbished model is now available. However given that it is refurbished there aren’t that many options available. One of the models packs an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD which will go for $1,869. This is versus a brand new model that will cost $2,199.

Next is the same model but with 1TB of storage which is priced at $2,209, but this is versus brand new which is priced at $2,599. Ultimately you will be saving yourselves a few hundred dollars and if that is enough to convince you, then hit up Apple’s refurbished store for the details.
