The LG G6 came out earlier this year and as the company gears up to launch its second flagship of the year, recent reports suggest that it also has a mini variant of the LG G6 in the pipeline. We’ve heard a lot of reports and rumors about this handset recently. It was later said that the LG G6 Mini might actually be launched as the LG Q6. The company has now confirmed when it’s going to officially unveil the LG Q6.

Previous reports have suggested that the LG G6 Mini is going to feature a 5.4 inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. There’s no word as yet about the processor that this handset will be powered by. It has been said that the device will feature a 13 megapixel rear camera as well as 3GB of RAM.

LG has started sending out press invites for an event in Poland today. The event is going to take place on July 11th. The invite suggests that the company is going to unveil the LG Q6 on that day.

LG is likely going to confirm the markets where the handset will be released at the event aside from confirming all of the details about the features and specifications of this handset. It remains to be seen in which markets the company decides to release this smartphone.
