According to an earlier report, it was suggested that Assassin’s Creed Rogue could be coming to the PS4 and Xbox One. If this was something you were interested in, you’ll be pleased to learn that the HD version of the game has recently been rated by the Korea Games Rating Board, which means that we could be close to seeing a release.

Ubisoft has yet to officially announce anything so take don’t get your hopes up just yet, but hopefully we’ll be able to hear something from the publisher soon. For those unfamiliar, Assassin’s Creed Rogue was launched several years ago during the PS3 to PS4 transition period.

Back then, Ubisoft released two versions of Assassin’s Creed, one of which was Unity designed for the Xbox One and PS4, and Rogue which was designed for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The launch of the HD remake of Rogue would suggest that the game could be arriving onto the current-gen consoles, so if you didn’t get to play the game before, this could be your chance.

There’s no word on when the game will be released, so details about what the HD version of the game will contain remain unknown, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more information.
