Stress OutSourced Concept Interactive Clothing
Posted on May 28, 09 02:58 PM PDT

We wear clothes primarily to hide our nakedness, offer protection against the elements while enhancing our physical looks, but the kids at MIT have gone one step further by developing a special conceptual interactive clothing known as SOS - Stress OutSourced. This peer-to-peer network connected clothing allows anonymous users or friends in social communities like Facebook or Twitter to send each other therapeutic massages to relieve stress, as it translates a virtual hug into a physical one from a distance. This is definitely something we'd like to see happen in real life, so hurry up and make a prototype already!
