HTC Touch Pro 2 heading to Sprint

Sprint users will finally have a chance to get their hands on one of the best Windows Mobile phone from HTC: the Touch Pro 2. HTC has improved upon its TouchFlo user interface to hide as much of Windows Mobile 6.1 as possible so that users can really enjoy the 3.6″ WVGA (800×480) display. The Touch Pro 2 connects via an EVDO-Rev A connection that can be supplemented by WiFi when available. Sprint will try to market the phone as a cheaper alternative than the iPhone, although the difference in price might not be as attractive as Sprint thinks it is. There are two obvious reason to consider the HTC Touch Pro 2: 1/you want to use Sprint’s network 2/ there’s a keyboard. Check out our iPhone 3GS review too. $350 at Sprint and T-mobile.
