Panasonic SC-BTX70 Blu-ray home theater system

Panasonic has introduced its SC-BTX70 Blu-ray home theater system, the first 2.1 system of its kind that ought to complement your flat panel display in your living room without looking out of place at all. Despite being a 2.1 system, it supposedly offers realistic virtual 7.1 channel sound that is dispersed via a wide listening area. Using Panasonic’s advanced proprietary surround technology, the SC-BTX70 is able to roll out Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD virtual 7.1-channel surround sound through its two front speakers that boast a new top mounted speaker design. The power sliding door itself opens up to reveal a Blu-ray Disc player within, accompanied by a Universal Dock for iPods, an SD memory card slot and a USB terminal that would come in handy for those who want to view their recently snapped photos.
