A few months back, with the imminent release of Windows 7, HP, Dell and other manufacturers were busy telling customers that they would be eligible for a Windows 7 upgrade when it is released, obviously because they wanted to clear off the existing stock. Now it seems that many folks are complaining that they haven’t received their upgrade kits yet, and it’s been more than a week or 2 since Windows 7 was launched. It’s certainly understandable that customers who bought computers eligible for the upgrade to be frustrated, especially since folks who bought computers after the launch would be sporting Windows 7 already. Have you experienced any problems with getting your upgrade kit? Let us know your experiences.
