Whoever thought of the Roller Buggy concept certainly can’t have safety very high up in the mind, as it not only functions as a baby seat and stroller, the adult parent who is too lazy to walk all the way can scoot with it – woe to you (and baby, especially) if you get too overzealous in your scooting and bump into someone else around the corner or even worse, get knocked down by an oncoming vehicle where the additional safety belt thrown in shouldn’t be able to help much. Perhaps that is why there is the set of hydraulic disc brakes on the front two wheels which lets you slow down dramatically – hopefully without you vaulting over the Roller Buggy at the same time.
