Remember back in January when The Sims 3 Showtime was announced? Well, for those of you who have been waiting to get your hands on the game – the wait is finally over. The Sims 3 Showtime is available today, as evident by a post on Katy Perry’s Facebook page. The latest installment in The Sims franchise gives players the chance to live out their dreams of being rockstars, magicians, DJs, acrobats and other entertainers through their Sims.
The Sims 3 Showtime features new traits and Lifetime Wishes, new venues and objects in the game, the ability to rise to fame, share your Sims with your friends to perform in their Sim world, new social options within the game, and a new achievement system. The Sims 3 Showtime can be purchased now from EA Origin for $39.99 and $49.99 for the Katy Perry collector’s edition. Take note that you’ll need the original The Sims 3 to play this game.
