Battlefield 2042 will be launching soon, but are you going to play it? Some players like waiting for reviews before they decide if they want to buy a game, and if you’re one of those players, then how does the idea of a free trial sound to you?

For those looking to try before they buy, it seems that Battlefield 2042 will be offering a 10-hour trial to players. However, the catch is that you will need to be either an EA Play or Game Pass subscriber in order to take advantage of this trial, which is expected to go live on the 12th of November.

This is similar to another early access event that will be open to  EA Play Pro subscribers, as well as anyone who pre-ordered the Gold or Ultimate editions of the game, with the main difference being that those subscribers and gamers will be able to access the game over the entire week, while those with an EA Play or Game Pass subscription will be capped at 10 hours.

Battlefield 2042 will be the latest title in EA’s Battlefield franchise and will be launching on the 19th of November for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
