The Force is definitely strong with you if you decide to install the Kinect Star Wars app on your Nokia Lumia smartphone which runs on the Windows Phone operating system from Microsoft. It enables you to hook up to your friends on Facebook and Twitter in a more fun method, delivering the usual latest news feeds from both Facebook and Twitter in the classic scrolling up manner during each movie’s opening sequence, in addition to delivering all the relevant sound bites from the dynamic droid duo fondly known as R2-D2 and C-3PO. Not only that, you can also keep a lookout for your profile details in order to have a better overview of your stats, so that you know just where you are in the big picture where social networks are concerned.

Posting a tweet or a status update is a no-brainer, thanks to the post icon that is located at the bottom of the screen which allows you to fill in just what you want to broadcast to the rest of the world, with the option to include your location as well as photo if you desire. There are two buttons located at the top of the screen, representing Facebook and Twitter, respectively, letting you select or deselect just which platform you want that message to appear on.

The Kinect Star Wars app can be downloaded onto the Nokia Lumia 610, Nokia Lumia 710, Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 900, directly from the Windows Phone Marketplace.
