With so many music services currently available, such as iTunes, Spotify ,Pandora, Last.fm, etc, you can add one more to that list in the form of Samsung’s recently launched Music Hub. It is expected to combine the features from their competitors into a single product that will be available initially on the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S3. It will feature an online cloud locker storage, streaming capabilities and a recommendation system that will recommend you songs from its catalogue of 19 million tracks. This is possible thanks to Samsung’s acquisition of mSpot which will be powering the Music Hub service.

So how much can users expect to pay for the service? Samsung will be charging subscribers a monthly fee of £9.99 (~$15.65), and like we said earlier, it will initially be available only on the Galaxy S3. Samsung plans to not only roll the service out to its other devices, but has plans to make it available on other devices and other platforms as well and did mention the possibility of making a Smart TV app for it. The South Korean company certainly has big plans for the service and has also stated interest in integrating it into their audio docks along with the range of fridges! What do you guys think? Do you think with Samsung’s reach and reputation that their Music Hub service will be a formidable one?
