Less than a week ago, we reported that the iPhone 5’s pre-order shipping times had slipped to 1-2 weeks, no doubt due to the fact that the iPhone 5’s pre-order of 2 million units were sold out in record time. Well, it seems that those of you who placed a pre-order for your iPhone 5 recently might be disappointed to know that shipping times had been further pushed back to 3-4 weeks, meaning you will still be able to enjoy some iOS 6 goodness on-the-go right before Halloween. Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Well, at least those folks who are lining up for the new iPhone 5 at least four days before the official release at the Apple Store in New York City might not have lost their marbles after all. Do you mind waiting for an additional two more weeks for your iPhone 5?
