Apple’s rumored 4-inch iPhone has been seeing a lot of name changes as of late. It was previously known as the iPhone 6c, before it was briefly suggested that it could called the iPhone 7c, and recently we learn that the iPhone 5se could be its new name. Now thanks to a leaked photo, we might have an idea of what it looks like.
As you can see in the photo above, it compares the alleged iPhone 5se (on the right) against the older iPhone 5. Based on the comparison, it looks like both phones are of the 4-inch variety, except that in the case of the iPhone 5se, it sports the design of the iPhone 6 with its curvier edges and the addition of the Touch ID component.
However photoshopping an iPhone 6 to make it look smaller isn’t that difficult of a task, and it is possible that this photo is of a fake as we have seen in the past. As far as its specs are concerned, we have heard that it will feature an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 1.2MP front-facing camera, and NFC chips to facilitate Apple Pay.
It will not come with 3D Touch, unfortunately, but it will also come with Live Photos which is a feature from the iPhone 6s lineup. No word on when we might learn more about the iPhone 5se, but if Apple were to hold an event in March, there is a good chance we could learn more then.
