At the moment it seems that AT&T is the only carrier in the US that offers the Nokia Lumia 920 on contract, while other carriers will only be able to offer up variants of the Lumia 820. Given that the Lumia 920 is Nokia’s flagship device with some pretty impressive specs and features, we’re sure that non-AT&T customers are pretty bummed at this exclusivity. Well the good news is that perhaps AT&T’s exclusive on the Lumia 920 might not be for long as according to Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop in an interview with CNET, he claims that Nokia has restarted its relationship with Verizon and that the Finnish company is planning a lot of exciting things for the carrier at the same time. It was not specified as to what exactly these “exciting things” entailed, but the Nokia Lumia 920 being offered on Verizon, or at least a variant of the device, certainly wouldn’t be a stretch of the imagination. Either way we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information, but what do you think about the Lumia 920 making its way onto Verizon – yay or nay?
