LUMIA1820We’re sure there are many Windows Phone users out there who are looking forward to getting their hands on the Windows Phone 8.1 update, or at least looking forward to seeing new Windows Phone devices that will be supported by Windows Phone 8.1. While we have yet to see the official look of the update, Xero, who has been steadily leaking Windows Phone 8.1-related material for awhile now, has leaked a new screenshot (pictured above) that is allegedly that of the update. However Xero has warned that this screenshot could merely be a prototype/beta, and that the final product might look different, although we have to admit that we do like what we see.

The screenshot also reveals the Cortana voice assistant feature which is basically Microsoft’s answer to other voice assistant features from Apple and Google, and it is named after a character from Halo. Last we heard Cortana could be making a debut in the US first before making its way onto other markets which we’re guessing might have something to do with locality. Either way what do you guys make of this leaked screenshot? Like what you see so far?
