porsche-redesignBlackBerry might seem to be on the verge of clawing their way back into the smartphone industry, especially when you take into consideration how they introduced the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 was released prior to the corporate savvy BlackBerry Passport. Do take note that the Porsche Design P’9983 is not meant for those who have a shallow bank account – it is priced at two grand thereabouts, and therefore only high net worth individuals would want to take a look at it. Word on the street has it that the older model, the Porsche Design P’9982, would be refreshed.

Apparently, this refreshed Porsche Design P’9982 will arrive in black on black, which is an understated bold look, one that would fit into the entire powerful business aura persona. From the middle of next month onward, potential buyers will be able to choose from additional color options such as black on cognac/red/aquagreen, although do not expect the pricing details to change at all.

Other than the new color options, do expect these new shades of Porsche Design P’9982 to be powered by BlackBerry 10.3, which will be accompanied by BlackBerry Assistant as an added incentive. I personally do not see this model to move plenty of units, but you can never tell what the rich and famous would do with their money actually.
