google-logo-2011-10-25According to a report yesterday, it was suggested that Twitter and Google had reportedly reached a deal in which Twitter’s tweets would be display in full in Google search results, as opposed to the current method in which users would have to click the Twitter link in the search results to view the tweet in its entirety.

The good news is that if you were hoping for this to be true, you’re in luck as Twitter has announced that the deal is real and will be happening this year. The feature is expected to roll out in the coming months but apart from that, not much else is known about the feature and if there is more to it than what we know at the moment.

This is actually a pretty good idea because like we said, it would save users time from having to click the links to Twitter, thus saving themselves one extra step. It would also allow users to pull a variety of information from Twitter via Google which could also convince some users or brands/companies to try out the service if they haven’t already.

Either way this is something to look forward to, but what do you guys think? Is this a feature you’re looking forward to?
