iphone_6_virgin_mobileIn the next couple of months we expect that the next-gen iPhones will be announced. However if you’re not too fussed about having the latest in smartphone technology, you might be interested to learn that Virgin Mobile is finally offering both the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus on its network, despite dropping the iPhone from its lineup earlier this year.

Now we know that the current iPhones are almost a year old and some customers might think it’s more prudent to wait for the next-gen. However like we said if you’re not too fussed about specs and want to save some money, Virgin Mobile is actually offering both iPhones at a $100 discount.

The 16GB iPhone 6 will be priced at $549.99 which is $100 down from its retail price of $649.99, while the 16GB iPhone 6 Plus is priced at $649, $100 down from its asking price of $749.99, making both devices value for money purchases if iPhones are what you’re after. It’s interesting that they’re being discounted now even before the next-gen phones are announced.

However $100 is a pretty big saving and if the iPhones have always been a bit out of your reach due to their prices, hopefully the discount will make them more accessible to you. Both models are currently available for purchase via Virgin Mobile’s website so head on over for the details.
