apple musicWhile Apple Music might be an iOS exclusive for now, Apple did state that they will eventually be bringing their music service and app over onto Android. When exactly that will happen remains to be seen, but chances are it could be soon. This is thanks to a website that has recently started to advertise Apple Music Android beta access.

The site is called Betabound and they are boasting that this beta access is an exclusive to them. “We’re excited to invite you to come test Apple Music for Android. If you’re a current Android user that would like to join the beta for the new music streaming service, you won’t want to miss this opportunity.”

Now we’ll have to admit that it does seem a bit suspicious, but 9to5Mac claims that one of the readers has participated in Betabound’s betas in the past and its parent company, Centercode, has been around for about a decade and has offered up various beta access in the past, so apparently they are legit.

Apple sourcing out the beta to third-parties is quite unlike them as the Cupertino company seems to love doing everything in-house. In any case if you’re so inclined and would like to apply to be part of the beta, hit up Betabound’s website for the details. If not, we suppose you can just wait until Apple makes an official announcement.
