The iPhone X is a bit different from the iPhones that its customers are used to. That’s why many will require some additional time to figure out just how everything works on the new one. Apple is now offering 30-minute online training sessions to iPhone X customers to help them get the most out of their new smartphone.

Apple has informed iPhone X customers via email that they can now avail a free 30-minute session to help them get the most of out their new device.

To help them get used to the iPhone X, Apple is offering customers a phone conversation with an “Apple Specialist.” This customized interactive session gives them one-on-one time with the specialist while they watch a video on their computer.

The session is going to cover useful tips and tricks for the device, questions around and advantages of Apple ID, iCloud, and other Apple services. If customers need help getting their iPhone X set up, the session will offer that as well.

That’s just one of the incentives you get for spending $1,000 on a smartphone. In case that seems expensive to you, don’t forget, Apple CEO Tim Cook says that you’d probably spend more than that getting coffee everyday from that place everyone loves.
