There have been a lot of conflicting reports recently about new iPads from Apple. The company is due to launch new tablets in the near future and the latest report out of Taiwan suggests that it’s working on an 11 inch iPad Pro model. The company is expected to launch this 11 inch model alongside the updated 12.9 inch iPad Pro in the coming weeks, possibly before its Worldwide Developers Conference which takes place in June this year.

The report out of Taiwan could possibly be referring to the updated 10.5 inch iPad Pro or the possibility that it may have a larger display size since Apple is expected to do away with the physical home button on the iPad this year in favor of Face ID technology.

If it does that, the company will be able to fit a larger display in the same body owing to the slimmer bezels. We’ve seen the benefit of doing this with the iPhone X so it won’t be surprising to see Apple stick to the script for the new iPads as well.

Today’s report also claims that rumors about an impending iPhone SE refresh are not accurate as the company is not planning to launch any new smartphone in the first half of this year. There hasn’t been much evidence to suggest that the company is planning to do that in the first place.
