While Sony has been offering very good ‘Reality’ displays online reports state that the company still wants to improve things in the ‘screen’ department with an AMOLED display since all current Sony and Sony Ericsson devices have LCD screens.

The third generation Nexus device by Samsung is now official, and it looks it will be going by the Galaxy Nexus moniker instead of the Nexus Prime name that we have been hearing so much about. As far as hardware specs are concerned, it’s pretty much the same specs that was leaked earlier on today.

Photos have emerged and it has been spotted at an FCC filing, but until now specs of the device has remained a mystery, but thanks to a leaked Verizon document, assuming the information on it is accurate, we now know more about the Samsung Stratosphere.
