This modified Sony Clock Radio is no ordinary device, and you can tell that much by the $2,350 price tag alone. What does such serious money offer? For starters, it looks exactly the same like any other clock radio on the market, boasting a full range of functionalities like an integrated FM radio, CD player, buzzer, shuffle functions, and even a snooze button. What it does better is being hooked up to a TV or monitor for real time viewing, or to a video recorder for delayed viewing. I guess I’d better be more wary about accepting gifts from other people now, with cameras being squeezed into everyday devices these days.
