Energizer USB chargers get color

I find it interesting that Energizer aims to extend its invitation of rechargeable NiMH AA and AAA batteries to the younger generation by offering USB chargers that come in a variety of colors. Known as the Energizer Duo, this device can be plugged into any available USB jack or directly into a wall outlet. Choose from red, yellow, and blue colors for a mere $14. Each purchase comes with a couple of AAA batteries to get you started, as well as software that lets you watch your batteries charge up. Overall this is more a novelty than anything else – after all, have you ever spent a couple of hours in front of a battery charger waiting for it to recharge?
