Rumor of Pearl update

While the BlackBerry Pearl isn’t even out for more than a year, rumor mongers have already circulated word that an updated version is in the works. The scary thing is, this rumor might actually be true which leads to another question – why is the company releasing a hardware refresh so soon? This updated version is known as the 8120, and will come with spanking new features such as GPS navigation, WiFi connectivity, and a 2 megapixel camera. You can look forward to a summer release for the 8120 assuming these words ring with truth. Choose from blue, gold, or titanium colors. Man, I’d be pissed if this rumor was true and I just bought the Pearl.
