Sanyo launches PLV-Z2000 LCD projector
Sanyo has just introduced the PLV-Z2000 LCD projector that comes with a whole host of impressive features including a new 3D color management system, a contrast ratio of 15,000:1, an advanced lens shifting function and what is touted to be the industry’s quietest fan system. You get full HD resolution with this (1,920 x 1,080) so hooking up your PS3 or Xbox 360 to this would definitely be a mouth-watering experience. Video input includes two HDMI 1.3 ports, a couple of component inputs, composite, and S-Video. It is capable of projecting a 100″ diagonal image from 10 to 20 feet away, making this suitable for those who have small home theater setups in their humble abodes. The Sanyo PLV-Z2000 will hit US shores sometime in October at the recommended retail price of $2,995.99.
