Spotted: hands-on with the BlackBerry Storm

Kevin Michaluk over at Crackberry gets a close and personal look at the BlackBerry Storm. A notable feature is the SurePress touchscreen, where you touch to highlight a target then press inward to select or activate a menu item. Weight is always important for phones and at 155grams (5.46oz) the BlackBerry Storm seems to be a stout little phone though not a brick

Kevin compares it to the iPhone 3G, stating that the Storm is a little shorter, but also a bit thicker. He says the phone could be improved with WiFi, more RAM and better graphics support. Overall he seems to like the phone and says its quite easy to type with, which is one of the most important aspects of a pda\smart phone to me. He goes into quite a bit a detail regarding the touchscreen keyboard in his article (pages).

The Display looks great and there is some good pictures in the article. Overall the Storm looks like a great addition to the BlackBerry line.
