Launched in December 2008 as a SaaS application, eCairn Conversation lets companies monitor their brand influence within selected online communities. Today, the startup released its new dashboard that gives access to a quick overview of the brand influence’s metrics in multiple views and graphs from a single web page. This application is designed to be used in a collaborative manner by marketing teams or agencies, the feed reader page has cool features such as filters, notes and sharing capabilities.
According to eCairn, Conversation gives a higher level of control, relevance, flexibility and productivity than competitive solutions that provide a “one click” conversation search, unlike those, eCairn uses a feed reader approach, customized for social marketing. The application is currently used by agencies and major corporations in the US, UK, France and Germany, and pricing starts at $99 a month.
