Asus’ digital notepad which was formerly known as a plain tablet, has now been slapped with a much more respectable moniker – the Eee Note EA800. Apart from the name change, nothing else inside has been beefed up, which means it still has the same 8-inch monochrome display at 768 x 1024 resolution alongside 64 levels of gray and 256 levels of pressure sensitivity, aided by 4GB of internal memory, a 2-megapixel camera, voice recording capability, a built-in stylus, Wi-Fi connectivity and a microSD memory card slot. We do look forward to seeing this at Asus’ booth at CES early next year, so keep your eyes peeled for our CES coverage then!
