HealthPals Wearable Health Monitoring System Concept

If all hospitals nowadays were using this concept wearable health monitoring system, dubbed HealthPals, doctors would probably have a much easier time monitoring their patients. This system consists of several devices used together to provide distant monitoring of patients with chronic diseases and postoperative patients. Each device sports an energy generator that is capable of harvesting body warmth and vibrations that can be turned into electricity via a thermoelectric generator, which will then be stored in a capacitor. The data collected will be sent to the patient’s smartphone or computer via Bluetooth, which will then relay the information via Wi-Fi to the doctor in order to be analyzed. Sounds like a lazy person’s dream way to visit the doctor.
