
Apple has already racked up 200k worth of iPhone 4 pre-orders in China thanks to the efforts of Unicom. This might sound impressive, but when you take into account a population of over a billion people in China alone, that 200,000 figure is nothing but a drop in the ocean. In fact, the previous iPhone failed to make an impact in China, so we’re guessing that Apple is following the mantra of “if you fail once, then try again”.
