KDDI X-RAY Phone With Translucent Casing

Transparent gadgets are always eye catching and with that in mind KDDI has launched one of its latest products from its iida designer brand, dubbed the X-RAY. In case the name didn’t give it away, this phone features a translucent red case that is also available in blue and black. there’s a QSD8650 CDMA-ready Snapdragon chip inside it, a GSM radio, and other fancy features such as a 1-Seg TV tuner, NFC payment support, 8-megapixel camera and a 7 x 102 pixel LED scrolling sub-display. The X-RAY will be on display in Harajuku this Tuesday, though there isn’t any word on availability or price just yet. That being said, considering that an accessory for this phone includes a solid crystal stand, we’re expecting this device to burn a pretty deep hole in our pockets.
