We’re quite sure that many of you have heard of GoPro’s offering in the past, which is a helmet camera that helps record all of your adventures on a whim and fancy so that those moments can be relived later on over a large screen TV with some popcorn and good company. Well, how about ushering in the next generation of video recording with the GoPro 3D HERO System? The name of the device itself is self-explanatory, although we must emphasize that the 3D HERO System is one tough cookie by being waterproof in the first place. Retailing for $99.99 a pop, this device sports an industry-first modular design which allows consumers to combine a couple of 1080p HD HERO cameras to form a single 1080p 3D camera, making it the world’s smallest and least expensive one to boot. Waterproof up to 180 feet, the 3D HERO System can be worn on the body, mounted on gear and vehicles, or simply used as a handheld camera if the situation calls for it. Just make sure you have a 3D HDTV in your living room (or 3D-capable monitor) if you want to enjoy the fruits of your labor…
