Last month we wrote about the Doxie Go – the portable scanner that can work without a computer. Well, if you’ve been waiting to get your hands on one, we’re pleased to let you know that the handy device is now shipping. In case you were wondering what the difference is between the Doxie and the Doxie Go, the Go is completely functional without a computer – it has a built-in rechargeable battery and memory which makes it usable on the go.
The Doxie Go can also wirelessly transfer files to your iOS devices, but the accessory which enables that will only be available next month. The Doxie Go cordless paper scanner can be yours today for the price of $199. In addition to the Doxie Go shipping, the original Doxie has also been given a facelift and some new features like Auto Adjust to go along with Doxie 2.0 software. It is available now with a price tag of $149.
