While we can’t say for sure that Apple is indeed planning a television set of their own, more and more rumors are starting to surface that appear to point towards the rumored device becoming a reality. The latest set of rumors are suggesting that Apple’s executives are currently in talks with executives from media companies on “their vision for the future of TV”, at least according to The Wall Street Journal.

The talks also appear to cover the topic on how users will be able to stream content not just onto the TV itself, but users will also be able to pick up where they left off on their smartphones and tablets, such as the iPhone and iPad, thanks to iCloud integration where the shows and movies bought will be stored.

The report has also suggested that the TV would be utilizing AirPlay technology which would also allow it to be controlled via iOS devices. While these sound like pretty logical steps for Apple to take as far as a television and content are concerned, we suggest taking this with a grain of salt for now until more concrete evidence starts to appear.
