There are tons of external keyboards for the iPad, but if you’re in the market for something particularly eye catching, well you’ll have to look no further than this Kickstarter project dubbed the iZen Bamboo Keyboard. Essentially it looks like a regular Apple Bluetooth keyboard, but the main focus here we guess would be the fact that it is made of 92% bamboo and is apparently fully recyclable.

The iZen Bamboo Keyboard will pair with your iPad via Bluetooth connection, sports a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that charges via a USB 2.0 30-pin dock connector, much like the cable used to charge iOS devices. If all that sounds good, and if the keyboard looks good to you, it should be noted that this Kickstarter project is still looking for funding and is about 50% through its goal of $18,000. Interested donors can head on to its Kickstarter page for more information or to pledge a donation to make the iZen Bamboo Keyboard a reality.
