r2-d2-game-console

Over the past couple of years, we’ve highlighted the R2-D2 multi-console game system, which allows you to play both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 within the famous droid’s small frame. That R2-D2 housed a built-in projector which allows you to game on any wall in your home at any time, and it looks like a similar R2-D2 multi-console game system has just made its way to Etsy where you can stop ogling pics of the droid on the Internet and actually purchase it for yourself.

Etsy seller Ohhshiney is selling the R2-D2 Game System for nearly $800, which features both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 built into it, 500GB of internal storage, an internal power supply for both consoles and internal cooling that will help keep both consoles from overheating during use. The R2-D2 also includes a 13-inch display that has been built into its head that can be flipped up in order to view as well as four USB ports to connect your controllers to it.

Considering both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will soon be upon us, we think something like this would be a great product to have if you still want to have an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 around so you can continue enjoying games on those systems since both next-gen systems won’t be backwards compatible.
