Those who own a next generation console from Sony or Microsoft have long looked forward to November. Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V is finally going to be released this month. It was rumored that the next-gen version of this title might come with a first person mode and those rumors have now turned out to be true. The new screenshots of GTA V for PS4 and Xbox One  released today clearly show that it does indeed have a first person mode.

The first person mode applies to situations when the protagonist is on foot and in a vehicle. So gamers will be able to see the interior of the vehicle as well as working speedometers, tachometers, dash lights and more. On foot the first person mode will provide an experience similar with other FPS titles.

Rockstar has already said that players will see numerous improvements in the title on next-gen consoles apart from higher resolution and increased draw distances. These improvements include better weather effects and enhanced damage, an entirely new foliage system and denser traffic.

Grand Theft Auto V is going to be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 18th. The PC version was initially supposed to be released this year as well but now its release has been pushed to January 27th, 2015.
