Fans of the Assassin’s Creed franchise are no doubt eager to get their hands on the next Assassin’s Creed game, which as we reported before, is Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China. The game will be released today in the US before it makes its way to Europe and Australia come Wednesday, but in the meantime the launch trailer of the game has been released which gamers can go ahead and check out before deciding if they want to buy it.

According to Ubisoft’s description of the game, “The first entry in the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles saga takes place in China, 1526, as the Ming dynasty starts to crumble. You embody Shao Jun, the last remaining Assassin of the Chinese Brotherhood, returning to her homeland with a vendetta. Newly trained by the legendary Ezio Auditore, she is hell-bent to exact vengeance and restore her fallen brotherhood.”

The game will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC where it is priced at $10, however gamers who have purchased the Assassin’s Creed Unity Season Pass will be able to download it for free. China will be the first of three chronicles that Ubisoft will be releasing. The other two Chronicles will be set in India and Russia set after the Red October revolution, but no word on when those titles will be released.
