official-iphone-5c-1According to a rumor from earlier this month, it was suggested that Apple could announce their new products on the 15th of March and put them up for sale on the 18th. This means that we should be able to expect Apple to start sending out invites in the next couple of weeks, or maybe not.

It seems that a new rumor has surfaced that has suggested that Apple might have chosen a new date to unveil the iPhone 5se, and that date has been set for the 22nd of March. Assuming this is true, it’s not a big deal as the difference is only a week, but since none of this is official, it should best be taken with a grain of salt for now.

Apple’s spring event is expected to be about the iPhone 5se, which last we checked was reminiscent of the iPhone 5/5s design but with a relocated sleep/wake button. It is also expected to be about new iPad tablets, which we had initially assumed would be the iPad Air 3, only to have recent rumors suggest that it could be a 9.7-inch iPad Pro instead.

The event is also said to showcase improvements to the Apple Watch, and given that last year we were treated to MacBook-related announcements, it is very possible that we could see some MacBook refreshes as well. Either way check back with us in the coming weeks for details about when the event will be taking place.
