Innovate! Europe: Start-Ups Apply to Free Going Global Workshops
Innovate! Europe is a competition program organized by Guide Wire Group to identify the most promising European startups and help them accelerate their introduction to the global market. During the talent selection process, the emerging technology companies will receive mentoring and promotion while competing against one another.
This program has a three steps process:
Step 1 – The Audition: apply online to go to a free Going Global Workshop (early 2009):
The most promising startups will be invited to Going Global Workshops where the Guidewire analysts will give feedback and help on their value propositions and pitches to best compete in fast-paced markets like Silicon Valley.

Step 2 – The Master Class: Zaragoza May 4th-6th 2009
The Master Class cost 995 Euros per company for up to two executives, travel, room and board expenses are not included.
Step 3 – The Trade Mission: Silicon Valley June 2009
The Trade Mission cost 3995 Euros per company for up to two executives, travel, room and board expenses are not included. The Master Class will be credited toward the Trade Mission.
The Prize: Guidewire STUDIO
Innovate!Europe’s Master Class faculty will select the startup that demonstrates the best potential for the global market. The company will win an exclusive spot at Guidewire STUDIO, an in-residence business accelerator in the heart of Silicon Valley. Executives from the winning startup will have the opportunity to benefit from expert mentors, to reach new investors and to form strategic partnerships.This 90-day STUDIO engagement typically costs $30,000, plus equity., it is free for the winner.
