Panasonic TY-CC10W webcam works on Viera TVs as well
Panasonic’s TY-CC10W webcam is special as it not only plays nice with computers, but works on Viera TVs as well, letting you communicate via Skype over a Panasonic Viera TV if you happen to own one. Make sure before you plug the camera into the Viera’s USB 2.0 port, it has to have the latest firmware installed so that you can carry out video chats in 1,280 × 720 resolution at 22fps using your standard Skype account. Boasting a quartet of microphones for better communication, the Panasonic TY-CC10W is due in Japan this June 11 for approximately $190.
